Sands President George Toth, who is chairman of the 2006 Casino Blood Drive Campaign, kicks off the year's effort at the casino, along with Brigid O'Neill, CEO of the American Red Cross Penn-Jersey Region. The Red Cross is teaming up with casino industry leaders and employees in an effort to increase blood donations throughout 2006.
